I first used John York to consult and install a tilt/drop/swivel mount for a television being hung over an unused fireplace. John researched different options to optimize our space, even suggested sound bars. He was professional and thorough with the project. We love how it turned out. Then after our remodel was completed on our house we closed on recently, I had John reinspect our house to ensure the various contractors addressed our original inspection issues plus the additional renovations were up to code and quality. John was again very thorough and professional. The report was very easy to understand. And he took great care in explaining all the issues he identified that needed remediation. So glad we selected him. I highly recommend him for the multitude of services he provides. Can’t go wrong with this guy.

GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!! I would highly recommend York Home Services for your next home inspection. They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable and thorough.during the entire process. When we were looking for our first home in this area, they saved us from purchasing a money pit. When we found our current home we hired them again and invested in the radon testing which I am glad we did because the levels were a bit high and the seller paid to have a mitigation system installed at no cost to us. They also do home theater installation which I will definitly be hiring them for that.

John was great. He was always on time and worked extremely hard. Dedicated craftsman and an honest family man. He installed a new floor in our foyer and replaced columns on our front porch. He is very knowledgeable. Can’t go wrong with York Home Services! We have already recommended him to many of our friends for his Home Inspection Service.
